Blog #3 iDosing
I personally had never heard of iDosing before this assignment. Very interesting concept. I'm not so sure about the claims of getting high off of youtube, but according to this anything is possible: ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l2u47WvcsMs&NR=1&feature=fvwp )questionable at best. The optical illusion idea seems very cool to me, but not such a vice as many narcotics... After youtubing some of the main idosing videos I had little effect but there are some cool images/video that play with your eye sight for a few minutes that I did enjoy:

I also have never heard of idosing before this assignment either. I think its interesting they claim to make optical illusions for viewers but honestly if someone is looking to get "high" off of youtube as you claimed there is multiple different ways to fulfill this need by not using this website. I also was affected after a few of the images and illusions but nothing different then any class i've taken and watched and view some of these images. As you said I think its a very cool concept but I can't imagine it is used on a regular basis. I can see viewers going on this site once or twice then being done with it.
