Blog Post #7 - Track every computerized thing...

Well my classes are over for the day, so its back to my normal evening routine, much of which involves computerized equipment. First things first, I'm starving. So right after walking in my apartment door, I program the oven. I continue into my room, pitch the backpack, and flip on my system. I've got a my TV hooked up to a bluray player/1100 watt sound system, which is all connected to the internet. So I usually flip on pandora and gel out for a bit. Today it was Sinatra that accompanied my post class internet binge on my computer. Usually I'll open up the laptop and Facebook creep for a bit. I also check wunderground.com, my favorite weather website, in hopes of seeing a better forecast for Saturday. I'm also a frequent checker of a select few liquidation websites like whiskeymilitia.com and steepandcheap.com. After dinner and some more goofing off, I get down to business. MyUW and Learn@UW are always up, and other sources of research. After homework, I usually check the shoutouts and then shut down. If its a Thursday night I usually watch the Office with my roomates, but other than that I don't watch much TV. In addition to these computerized devices, I've always got my cell phone by my side, so I'm always reachable. In preparation for bed I always reprogram my alarm clock for the morning and listen to some music via my ipod. Overall, computerized devices play a huge role in my typical evening :)

  1. You get points for listening to Sinatra. Also, jealous of your blu-ray/sound system setup.
